AROBS Transilvania Software <\/a>has debuted on the AeRO market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB). The shares are traded under the ticker symbol AROBS<\/a>.<\/p>

Founded in 1998 by entrepreneur Voicu Oprean, AROBS is today a multinational company with seven offices open in Romania and another seven abroad. Our company provides software services and solutions for a wide range of customers operating in various industries in European countries, North America, and Asia. In October this year, AROBS closed, in advance, on the first day, the largest private placement in the history of the AeRO market, by attracting the amount of RON 74.2 million from investors. The funds raised will support the company\u2019s expansion strategy, through the acquisition of IT companies both nationally and internationally, the opening of new subsidiaries in major markets in Europe and the United States, as well as the development of the company\u2019s expertise and specializations.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

At the same time, considering the growing demand for global services and software solutions, we aim to open an AROBS subsidiary in the US in 2022 to be closer to our partners there, as well as to increase our presence in the very valuable market of North America\u201d<\/em>, said Voicu Oprean, CEO and founder of AROBS Transilvania Software.<\/p>

During the private placement held on October 15, 2021, the company sold a number of 54,697,494 new registered, ordinary, dematerialized shares to 149 retail investors, 38 professionals, and 9 institutional investors who subscribed shares at a price of RON 1.357 per share. The private placement and listing of AROBS shares were carried out with the support of BRK Financial Group<\/a>.<\/p>

\u201eThe listing of AROBS comes after a private placement of shares took place in the second half of October, through which AROBS attracted a record amount of RON 74 million as part of a share capital increase. This offer attracted huge interest from both retail and professional investors, so it was concluded in advance from the first day, which reveals once again the high appetite of investors towards Romanian entrepreneurial companies. This listing is the culmination of an intensive and collaborative process that we have carried out with the AROBS team, both in terms of drafting the Memorandum and in terms of completing the formalities related to the listing. We are confident that AROBS will take advantage of the opportunities and benefits provided by the status of a listed company to support future growth and development plans,<\/em>\u201d<\/em> said Monica Ivan, General Manager at BRK Financial Group.<\/p>

AROBS Transilvania Software specializes in providing customized software solutions, based on the latest technologies, and also has multiple software solutions that have a strong presence on the Romanian market and in Central and South-Eastern Europe. The company is headquartered in Cluj-Napoca, with regional operational offices in Bucharest, Iasi, Targu Mures, Baia Mare, Suceava, and Arad, as well as seven branches abroad. The company currently has over 950 employees and collaborators and provides services and software solutions to over 8,000 customers in 14 countries around the world.<\/p>

In 2020, AROBS Transilvania Software registered, at an individual level, a turnover of RON 154.5 million, an EBITDA of RON 46.6 million, and a net profit<\/a> of RON 40.4 million. For the year 2021, the company estimates revenues at a consolidated level in the AROBS Group amounting to RON 192.7 million and consolidated EBITDA of RON 52.8 million.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
