With this transaction, AROBS enhances its footprint in Northern America, validating its strategic objective of strengthening its market presence in the US and its capacity to participate in the most dynamic technology ecosystem. At the same time, the acquisition opens new growth opportunities for Codingscape, which will gain access to European markets through AROBS’ network, client base, and operational infrastructure.
“Codingscape is a remarkable, multi-award-winning player in the U.S. software services market, known for its outstanding team and mature approach to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions. In 2024, Codingscape recorded revenues of approximately USD 15 million, with a strong portfolio of enterprise clients across sectors such as technology, healthcare, financial services, and retail. Once the transaction is completed, Codingscape will remain an independent brand, led by the same team, serving the same clients – now with access to deeper technical resources, a stronger European footprint, and greater scale. Upon completion of the transaction, the Codingscape management team will retain a 30% ownership stake in the company. The company’s financial results will be included in AROBS’ consolidated financial statements upon completion of the transaction, which is subject to certain conditions and regulatory approvals.
This is AROBS’ first direct acquisition in the United States and the second transaction completed following the company’s share capital increase in July 2024, through which the Group raised approximately EUR 30 million to support its M&A-driven international growth strategy.
The announcement marks the 12th acquisition since AROBS’ listing on the Bucharest Stock Exchange in 2021, following the acquisitions of Berg Software (2021), AROBS Engineering (formerly ENEA Software Services – 2022), Nordlogic Group (2022), Centrul de Soft Romania (2023), AROBS Polska (2023), AROBS Software Moldova and AROBS TrackGPS Moldova (2023), AROBS Pannonia Software (2023), Future Workforce Group, Infobest (2024) and SVT Romania (2025).
