AROBS reports RON 448 million turnover in 2025 and a 50% increase in net profit
Cluj-Napoca, February 26, 2026 – AROBS Transilvania Software (BVB: AROBS), the largest entrepreneurial technology company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, recorded preliminary financial results for 2025 reflecting increased business volume as well as a clear improvement in operational efficiency – consolidated turnover of RON 448 million, up 8% compared to 2024, EBITDA of RON 69 million, up 16%, and net profit of RON 32 million, 50% higher than the previous year.
“The 2025 results confirm that AROBS has entered a stage of operational maturity, where growth is accompanied by rigorous financial discipline and a more balanced revenue structure. Over the past two years, we have consistently worked on optimizing our operating model, strengthening competencies, and integrating the acquired companies, so that the Group operates in a unified manner, with scalable processes and real synergies across business lines. Our strategy remains consistent: we are simultaneously developing our three pillars, Software Services, Software Products, and Integrated Systems, to ensure diversification, resilience, and access to high value-added segments. At the same time, we continue the internal consolidation process by simplifying the structure and integrating companies into the AROBS ecosystem, with the objective of building a strong Group capable of delivering increasingly complex international projects. We look at 2026 as a year of consolidation and long-term development, with our objective remaining profitable growth and the generation of sustainable value for shareholders, built on a solid operational foundation,” stated Voicu Oprean, Founder and CEO of AROBS.
At the business segment level, the “Software Products” segment recorded revenues of nearly RON 100 million, up 25% year-on-year, while the “Integrated Systems” segment grew four times, reaching revenues of RON 39 million. The “Software Services” segment generated revenues of RON 309 million (-6% compared to 2024), in a context where the Group focused on projects with sustainable margins and maintained commercial discipline.
“The second part of the year confirmed the acceleration in profitability. Q4 2025 was the best quarter of the past two years, with revenues of RON 120 million, a gross margin of 32%, and EBITDA of RON 19 million. This performance reflects the tangible impact of the optimization measures implemented over the past two years, both at the level of cost structure and commercial discipline. The 16% annual increase in EBITDA and the 50% rise in net profit in 2025, at a pace exceeding revenue growth, confirm that our operational and financial model is becoming more efficient and more scalable. The 2025 results demonstrate that AROBS has a solid operational base to support the integration of acquisitions and future investments, as well as an increasingly strong capacity to achieve profitable revenue growth,” stated Bogdan Ciungradi, CFO of AROBS.
Out of the total revenue of RON 448 million, approximately RON 236 million was generated through organic growth and RON 212 million through the acquired companies. This structure highlights the significant contribution of the Group’s M&A strategy to performance, in a proportion comparable to the organically developed business. At the same time, the results reflect the efficient integration of acquired companies and AROBS’ ability to transform them into relevant drivers of growth and profitability.
In 2025, AROBS continued its consolidation strategy through acquisitions and expanded its competencies in the area of software products dedicated to transportation and logistics by acquiring SVT Electronics. The Group also strengthened its presence in the United States by acquiring a 70% majority stake in Codingscape and enhanced its automotive engineering capabilities through the acquisition of a 65% majority stake in GESS Engineering. In January this year, AROBS signed a new strategic transaction through the full acquisition of Quest Global Romania. This acquisition expands the Group’s expertise in segments such as semiconductors, medical devices, and embedded systems.
At the same time, at the end of 2025, the Group initiated a merger by absorption process within AROBS Transilvania Software, targeting the integration of AROBS Development & Engineering, Berg Computers, Nordlogic Software, Infobest Romania, and Centrul de Soft GPS. The project will be submitted for shareholder approval during the Extraordinary General Meeting convened for early March 2026. This stage marks the Group’s entry into a new phase of consolidation, with clear objectives to simplify the structure, increase operational efficiency, and capitalize on the synergies created in recent years.
AROBS remains an independent technology group with Romanian capital and global presence, with approximately 70% of revenues generated outside Romania. Its three-pillar model, Software Services, Software Products, and Integrated Systems, ensures diversification, resilience, and access to segments with strong growth and scalability potential.
In 2026, AROBS will continue integrating the acquired companies, strengthening its position in international markets, and investing in technologies with strategic impact, such as artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and big data. At the same time, the Group will accelerate the development of new strategic verticals, including the Financial Services Industry division launched in Q4 2025. Through this division, AROBS delivers tailored software solutions for banks, insurance companies, capital markets players, and fintech companies, with the objective of supporting legacy system modernization, core platform transformation, and the integration of advanced technologies into operational processes.
