Cluj-Napoca, 26 August 2025 – AROBS Systems, part of the AROBS Group (BVB: AROBS), together with Power Net Consulting, acting as leader of the consortium, will deliver and implement an integrated IT system for the Romanian National Employment Agency (ANOFM), within a strategic project financed through Romania’s National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR).

The project’s objective is to modernize and digitalize ANOFM’s operations through a unified IT platform designed to ensure the efficient management of all institutional processes and improve the quality of public employment services. The platform will cover a wide range of functionalities, from data and workflow management to reporting and interoperability with other governmental platforms.

Through its involvement in the SIISPO project, AROBS Systems contributes not only to the digitalization of public employment services but also to generating sustainable social impact, by supporting over 250,000 individuals currently registered with ANOFM. Nationwide, there are nearly 470,000 unemployed people, according to the National Institute of Statistics, data as of June 2025. The platform will facilitate their reintegration into the labor market and strengthen a digital infrastructure with long-term benefits for society.

The new platform will support the complete digitalization of ANOFM’s services by enabling quick access to information, simplifying procedures, and increasing transparency. It will include modules for managing job demand and supply, integration of national and European databases, activity monitoring and reporting, as well as advanced tools for analysis and decision support.

Through this platform, both job seekers and employers will gain access to a modern online portal, interconnected with European systems, including EURES – the European Union’s job mobility service. Implementation will be carried out in stages and will include all necessary phases, from analysis and development to testing and training of ANOFM staff, ensuring that the solution is used as efficiently and intuitively as possible by all beneficiaries. The project has an estimated duration of 11 months.
