As of today, Quest Global Romania becomes AROBS Tech. This name change more directly reflects the company’s integration into the AROBS Group and opens a new chapter for a team that has been delivering software engineering projects to international clients for over two decades. It is the same team and the same high quality of software development services, now backed by the resources and opportunities of a major technology group.

The company is headquartered in Craiova, with an additional office in Timișoara, and employs a team of approximately 110 specialists. AROBS Tech delivers projects for clients in North America and Western Europe. Its expertise spans integrated software development, testing and validation, design and usability, mobile development, embedded solutions, and IT consulting, serving sectors such as IT and data, automotive, healthcare, semiconductors, and oil and gas.

The acquisition of Quest Global Romania by the AROBS Group, signed in January 2026 and completed in April 2026, is the Group’s first transaction paid for exclusively in newly issued shares. The AROBS Group and Quest Global (the group that previously included Quest Global Romania, now AROBS Tech) intend to further develop a broader collaboration on complex software engineering and digital transformation projects delivered from Romania.

“The rebranding is the natural next step following the team’s integration into the AROBS Group, making this affiliation visible. Under the AROBS Tech name, we have a team with solid software engineering expertise by our side, and we aim to create increasingly large-scale projects together for international clients,” stated Voicu Oprean, founder and CEO of AROBS.

This is a change of public identity rather than substance: the team, competencies, and working methods remain the same, and operational leadership continues under the current management team.
