AROBS Transilvania Software completed the acquisition of Infobest Group, a company specializing in bespoke software solutions with offices in Timișoara and Leverkusen, Germany. Following the transaction, AROBS Group will strengthen its presence in Western Romania and plans to expand its business footprint in Germany.
“Today, we completed our 10th M&A transaction after listing AROBS shares on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Infobest’s great prospects and our objective to strengthen our position in Germany and the larger DACH region were key factors in completing this transaction. Together with the team led by Yvonne Abstoß-Becker and Christian Becker, we can achieve more by leveraging our synergies in automotive and telecom and providing complex software solutions for an increasingly sophisticated technology market,” stated Voicu Oprean, founder and CEO of AROBS.
Established in 1995 in Pulheim, Germany, by entrepreneurs Yvonne Abstoss-Becker and Christian Becker, Infobest has experienced substantial growth over the years. By 2000, the company had expanded to include an office in Timișoara, România.
