AROBS records its best first half of the past three years: turnover increases by 36% and net profit by 121% compared to H1 2025

Cluj-Napoca, 27 August 2026 – AROBS Transilvania Software (BVB: AROBS), the largest entrepreneurial technology company listed on the Bucharest Stock Exchange, recorded consolidated turnover of RON 292 million in the first half of 2026, up 36% compared to H1 2025, EBITDA of RON 40 million, a 29% increase, and net profit of approximately RON 23 million, up 121% compared to the same period of last year.

The first six months of 2026 represented the AROBS Group’s best first half of the past three years in terms of turnover, EBITDA, operating profit, and net profit. The positive momentum accelerated in the second quarter, when the Group generated turnover of approximately RON 148 million, EBITDA of RON 22 million and net profit of over RON 15 million, twice the level recorded in Q1 2026 and almost four times higher than in Q2 2025.

The results recorded in H1 2026 mark an important milestone in the Group’s evolution and confirm the direction we have pursued over the past few years. AROBS’ trajectory during this period is the result of a strategy that we have followed consistently. In 2024 and 2025, we increased the scale of the Group and added capabilities through the acquisitions we completed. In 2026, our focus is on integrating these capabilities through One AROBS and transforming this structure into an organization that operates as one, both commercially and operationally. The results for the first half of the year provide the first financial confirmation of this model. For the second half of the year, our objective is for the increase in turnover to translate to a greater extent into EBITDA. Looking ahead to 2027-2030, the Group’s development will be supported by expansion in international markets, the organization of our activities around the verticals in which we have expertise, the development of proprietary products and the integration of AI into the solutions and services we provide. This is the direction through which we aim to continue AROBS’ growth and capitalize on what we have built over the past few years,” stated Voicu Oprean, founder and CEO of AROBS.

The One AROBS model is transforming the companies and capabilities brought together over the past few years into a single organization, with common processes, coordinated commercial activities, and an integrated delivery model. Of the consolidated turnover recorded in H1 2026, RON 242 million, representing almost 83% of the total, was generated by activities classified as organic, while RON 50 million came from companies included in the M&A scope.

At business segment level, Software Services generated turnover of approximately RON 186 million, up 31% compared to H1 2025. Software Products recorded turnover of RON 54 million, 17% above the level reported in the comparable period, while the segment’s gross margin increased from 52% to 54%. The fastest growth was recorded by Integrated Systems, where turnover advanced by 88% to RON 52 million, mainly as a result of the implementation of projects for the National House of Public Pensions and the Ministry of Health. Furthermore, after the end of the first semester, AROBS Systems signed a contract with the Agency for Payments and Intervention for Agriculture (APIA) with a total value of approximately RON 70 million, excluding VAT, of which approximately 61% is attributable to the company.

The acceleration recorded in the second quarter was accompanied by an improvement in profitability. The gross margin increased to 27%, while the EBITDA margin reached 15%, with general and administrative expenses remaining relatively stable compared to the first quarter. This evolution provides us with a solid foundation for continuing to improve operating performance in the second half of the year and increasing the contribution of each segment to the Group’s consolidated results,” stated Ștefan-Alexandru Frangulea, CFO of AROBS.

In April, AROBS completed the merger by absorption of five companies into AROBS Transilvania Software, reducing legal and administrative complexity. During the second quarter, the Group increased its stake in Codingscape from 70% to 100%, while Porter Haney, CEO of Codingscape, was appointed Chief Revenue Officer of the Group, with responsibility for coordinating its international commercial strategy. The first results of this integrated approach are already visible: the Financial & Banking Services vertical secured more than five projects during its first year of activity, while the collaboration between Codingscape and the teams in Romania supported the acquisition of new clients and the expansion of projects carried out with US companies.

The Group’s development strategy through 2030 is structured around six pillars: structural consolidation through One AROBS; the use of M&A as a capital-efficient instrument for adding capabilities; accelerated development in the US and continued growth in European markets; shifting the business mix towards products and offerings with measurable outcomes; developing innovations in artificial intelligence, data engineering and cybersecurity; and expanding the Group’s involvement in the digitalization of the public sector.

During the first half of the year, AROBS transformed its investments in technology into concrete projects and products. Innovative projects included the adoption of Agentic AI-enabled delivery by an international client in the life sciences sector, while another team is working on an AI-native product. AlertBox 2.0, an AROBS product, will become AI-powered through funding provided by the European Space Agency. TrackGPS launched ODDO, its AI assistant, and joined the SECASSURED consortium to validate AI-based cybersecurity solutions under real-world conditions, while UCMS by AROBS expanded its HR and payroll ecosystem through the workTeam app, Pay Transparency Solutions, consulting services and managed services. At the same time, the partnership with Luxembourg-based Thot IT Solutions enables the Group to offer financial institutions an integrated DORA-as-a-Service solution.

In the first half of the year, AROBS had achieved 53% of the turnover, 49% of the EBITDA and 65% of the net profit envisaged in the 2026 Consolidated Revenue and Expense Budget, which provides for turnover of RON 552 million, EBITDA of RON 82 million and net profit of RON 35 million. The budget approved in April was prepared based on prudent estimates regarding the contributions of GESS and QUEST, companies acquired by AROBS in November 2025 and January 2026, respectively, and does not include contracts signed after its approval, including the contract concluded by AROBS Systems with APIA in August.

Considering the results recorded in the first half of the year and the estimates regarding activity in H2 2026, AROBS’ management currently maintains the objectives established for the full year. The evolution of the business and the contribution of recent projects and acquisitions indicate the potential to exceed the assumptions underlying the budget. Management will reassess its full-year estimates as it gains greater visibility into the results for the second half of the year.
