AROBS Transilvania Software debuts on BVB following the largest private placement in the history of the AeRO market

During the private placement held on October 15, 2021, the company sold a number of 54,697,494 new registered, ordinary, dematerialized shares to 149 retail investors, 38 professionals, and 9 institutional investors who subscribed shares at a price of RON 1.357 per share. The private placement and listing of AROBS shares were carried out with the support of BRK Financial Group.
