By expanding our coverage with two new international brokers, we make sure that our group’s activity is better presented, and our stock becomes more accessible to diverse markets. InterCapital Securities will enable us the connection with institutional investors from Croatia, whilst Raiffeisen will bring our story to CEE and Western investors. Together with their market making services, these initiatives will support liquidity and will strengthen the attractiveness of AROBS shares. We are confident that the analysis reports that will be provided by the two entities in 2025 will solidify our unique positioning as an issuer on the Regulated Market of the Bucharest Stock Exchange and will provide valuable insights to the investment community.”, mentioned Voicu Oprean, founder and CEO of AROBS Transilvania Software.

InterCapital Securities is thrilled to partner with AROBS Transilvania Software in providing market making services on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. We have been following AROBS’s success story on BVB since its listing and we plan to work tirelessly on educating investors on its equity story. Through our work as Market Maker, the reduction of the stock’s bid/ask spread should benefit liquidity and international recognition of this wonderful stock.”, stated Danijel Delač, CEO of InterCapital Securities.
