Access systems and RF modules

#engineeringservices

Access systems and RF modules are the basis of allowing/denying access to a vehicle. Smart keys are the future.

These systems are designed to permit or deny access into the vehicle, while RF modules are small electronic devices meant to transmit and/or receive radio signals between two devices.

Smart keys come in all kind of forms. Aligning with the market, we focus on innovation and user-friendly access for the driver’s comfort.

Access systems and RF modules

Access systems

These systems are getting highly complex. Not just because of control but also because of the vehicle owners’ comfort. To have access in a vehicle from distance means the owner can get the vehicle all set before entering it.

RF modules

Radio-frequency modules are small devices that transmit or receive radio signals. In embedded systems they communicate wirelessly.

However the more complex this access systems get the more important security becomes.

Smart keys

These are part of the computerized system and automatically unlock the doors. Moreso, the vehicle is started without using a key. Hence these systems are combination of remote keyless entry and a remote keyless ignition system.
There can be other features too, that increase security, like enabling an alarm or disabling the engine, in case of unauthorized access.

All for the security and comfort of the driver.
